He later fell in love with the whole comedy life thing, and told his mom, “This is what I’m going to do, I really have a passion for this.” “He got interested in stand-up after a co-worker at a Philadelphia sneaker store encouraged him to drop in on an open mic night” (Kevin Hart’s funny business). Hart wasn’t a substantial student, shortly after highschool, he took part in community college for roughly a week and a half. Kevin is a short, funny man, and is the hottest stand-up comic in America, he is known as one of the most successful comedians on earth.
He was raised by his single mother Nancy, who took charge of Kevin alone, after her divorce from her husband. Kevin is the eldest of two younger brothers. Macabe said Black History Month brings with it a lot of pride for him, something he and Dejon share. “Allensworth, a lot of towns that are here one of the first founding towns in Black history.” Macabe has done comedy for years touring all across the country but always held a soft spot for Kern County stating that Kern has some deep Black history of its own. “It's healing, you know, it's like being a doctor. Jernagin said comedy has always been a source of pain relief for Black people and one of his favorite comics, Mark Macabe, agrees. I meant that’s what it is, it's a good thing to do. Kevin Hart said it the best, ‘laugh at my pain’.
“Literally it is pain turning inside out, it is that. So, it makes me happy when someone’s like ‘you know what I just need? To laugh.’ So, they come on through to the Laughing Stock, and you know what we gone help you laugh it out.”ĭejon said that comedy may be difficult at first, but you can turn that pain you have into laughter.
